Register your boat
Boating Booking is an owner-managed desk for Kerala houseboats. You set the rate for your own boat, we handle the website listing and the enquiry flow, and the booking desk works with you on dates — the rate you publish is the rate the desk works from. Curious how the customer-facing side reads? See how owner-managed pricing works and how an enquiry becomes a booking.
From registration to a published rate
1. Register the boat
Send your details from this page — owner name, WhatsApp number, district, boat name, capacity and a short description. New boats are reviewed before a listing goes live; existing boats can be claimed if you are the owner.
2. Pair Telegram
Sign in to the owner dashboard with your Owner ID and registered phone, then connect Telegram with the one-time pairing link. That link is private and expires in 10 minutes.
3. Publish your rate
Send a rate message such as 1 BHK 6000 from the paired account. The change is validated and published; after publication, subsequent price requests use it with the applicable Platform Fee.
Before you register
Does it cost anything to register a boat?
No. Registration is free — the desk reviews the boat details and photos before a listing is published, and you keep control of your nightly rate.
How do I change my nightly rate?
After your Telegram account is paired, send a message in the format BHK + amount (for example, 1 BHK 6000). The change is validated, then published — subsequent price requests use the published rate.
Who confirms a booking?
You do. An enquiry is recorded on the website and reaches you on Telegram; nothing is treated as confirmed until you and the booking desk agree the dates.
Do I need to be online all day?
No. Enquiries are queued for you on Telegram and the booking desk follows up by phone or WhatsApp if you are away. Response expectations are agreed during registration.
